When it rains, It pours!

When it rains it pours! This is expression is so true in Wa, in more ways than one. When it rains in Wa, it storms. There is no such thing as light rain/drizzling. The rain comes down in abundance and fast. This saying pertained especially true this past week. In one day we ran out of gasoline (so we couldn’t cook), we didn’t have electricity( so no lights or fans on possible the hottest day in the last month) and we ran out of water so even if I wanted to, I couldn’t cook, shower, wash dishes, brush my teeth, wash my face or flush the toilet.
Two days later the electricity had come back on, we filled the gasoline cylinder and thankfully the water came on so, we stocked up.
